Please keep in mind we are a very small business of family and friends (less than 3 employees) and we do everything in house - designing the website, designing products, sometimes shipping orders, customer service - we do almost it all right here in Delta, BC!
Orders on average take 1-2 weeks to get delivered to your house after the item has shipped. If all items in your order are in stock, the order will ship out faster, normally within 1-3 business days.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for orders over $60.00 via Canada Post Expedited tracking.
For orders below $60 we offer two pricing tiers for you to choose from:
- Canada Post Lettermail (no tracking number) - this is the most economical way we can ship your order out - the price is based on the weight of your order. The price varies between $4-$6.50
Please keep in mind that this option is uninsured and we rely on the consistent service of Canada Post.
- Canada Post Expedited (with tracking number) - we offer this at $13.00, despite it costing more than that to send within Canada.
Are The Prices in Canadian Dollars?
Yes of course! We are a Canadian only store, so all prices are listed in Canadian dollars, including shipping. Shipping costs are to anywhere in Canada as well.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order by filling out the form below or emailing us at email@example.com.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date the item is delivered to you. While you are waiting for your order, you can always cancel your order for a full refund. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days from the date of delivery except for extreme circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
How Long Do Refunds Take To Process?
Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to fully process, but can take up to 7 days to show up on your card.
Can I Replace Damaged Or Defective Items?

Why Haven't I Received My Order Confirmation Yet?
The 3 most likely reasons for this are:
- You didn't provide us an email address, only your phone number
- There was a typo in the email address when it was entered or
- Your order confirmation went to your junk folder, or in the rarest of cases, your spam folder.
We've had this issue frequently with popular email platforms like Hotmail/Live/Outlook and Yahoo. So please check your junk folder and mark the item as "not junk".
